Ordering

If you decide to purchase any pieces, send me an email (sam.tillman@gmail.com) stating the Item Code found in the description (for example 'Bowl 15'), your preferred method of payment, and whether you'd rather I ship or deliver it myself (available to buyers in the Baltimore area). I will reply with the total purchase price, with orders processed within 2-3 business days.

• If shipping: I will calculate the delivery cost and let you know before final payment.

• If delivered by me: Flat $5 fee for buyers in Baltimore City and County (contactless delivery, and item will be boxed in discreet packaging).

Payment

I accept all major credit cards through PayPal and Venmo. I also accept cash and check payment if doing a hand delivery (which can be done without contact if requested).

Shipping & Handling

Cost is determined by the current USPS fees based upon size and weight. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail which usually takes takes 2-6 business days depending upon your location. Expedited shipping is available upon request at extra cost- email me if you would like it.

Commissions

While I don't typically take commissions, please inquire as I do them occasionally.

Returns

Unless there is breakage during shipping, I do not generally encourage returns. However as I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, do let me know if you are unhappy with it and we will see how to best accommodate the problem.
